Retrofit assessments

PAS 2035 whole-property assessments of fabric, services and condition, used to plan safe and effective retrofit measures.

Pulse air tightness testing

Low-pressure Pulse testing that measures uncontrolled air leakage so heat loss can be quantified and reduced.

Blower door air tightness testing

Fan pressurisation testing to Part L standards, measuring building leakage rates and locating the exact draught paths.

Background ventilation surveys

Part F ventilation checks of trickle vents, extract fans and flow rates, confirming homes ventilate safely after upgrades.

Retrofit coordination

PAS 2035 coordination of the whole project, from assessment and design through installation to final handover evidence.

U value calculations

Element by element heat loss calculations for walls, roofs and floors, confirming build-ups meet regulation targets.

OCDEA assessments

OCDEA modelling for new-build homes, producing compliance reports and final EPCs at design and as-built stage.

Overheating calculations

Part O and TM59 overheating risk analysis, showing how solar gains and ventilation keep homes comfortable.

How No C, No Fee works

Following an initial review, Atlas Energy will confirm whether your property can be accepted into our No C, No Fee service. We will assess the property and provide a written improvement strategy designed to achieve an EPC rating of C. Once the agreed improvement works have been completed as specified, a new EPC assessment will establish the property's final rating. If the property still does not achieve an EPC rating of C, Atlas Energy will waive or refund the assessment fee.
